Pre-Purchase Consultations - Do you think you have found your dream house? The location is perfect, the lot is huge and great for a garden, the kids playground or a new swimming pool, BUT... The house is a disaster! The floors are 70’s orange shag (unless you like that) and the walls are covered in fake wood panelling... Oh and the walls! It feels so closed in! Pre-Sale Design and Renovation Consultation -
