How you organize your space can be as important as the amount of space you have. LB Design will study your home's floor plan and furniture layouts. Then, whether it's removing a wall to accommodate the increased "traffic" or just editing the placement and type of furniture - such as pieces with built-in storage - we can offer specific suggestions your whole family will appreciate.
Colours, colours, colours. What should I choose?
It's hard enough to choose a single colour, but to bring real style to your interiors requires carefully selecting complete palettes for each room. One poor choice can ruin the overall synergy and colours often look different in your home than they do on paint chips in the store. Our designers are not only fluent in the language of colour, they are also fully up-to-date on the latest trends. You'd be amazed how a simple reorganization of your existing furniture and accessories can breathe new life into your space. There are too many product choices. How can I decide?
LB Design will create a specifications list that will incorporate all of the needs you have identified. Often there will be some choices after the initial weeding, but we’ll narrow it down even further and provide a solid recommendation. We’ll also make sure It’s in stock!
I want to renovate, but don't know where to begin.

What if I’m not happy with the options selected as a part of the decorating service?
OUR GUARANTEE
Because our process is designed to give us the best understanding of your style up-front, we’re confident you will find the look you desire among the options we select together. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with an item, we will “go back to the drawing board” for that particular item. After that, we offer additional services at a reduced rate of $60/hour.
CONSTRUCTION
If my project requires any construction or subcontractor services, how is this handled?
We have worked with the same superior contractors and tradesmen for many years, on projects including painting, electrical, minor construction/remodel (like a fireplace), window treatments, floor refinishing, carpet installation, custom furniture, cabinetry and more. Take advantage of our trusted relationships with high-quality service providers; often you will enjoy exclusive discounts based on our relationship. Should you require, we can refer and coordinate any of these services. We’ll facilitate the whole quote process as well and act as your central point of contact.
“Just Decorating Packages”
What happens if I go over-time on my package or if I don’t use all the time?
Great question. We are very conscious about making sure we are providing the most value possible in these packages, but there’s no way we’ll get it right-on every time. We’re really good at what we do and sometimes we are so good that our clients will not need to use all the time allocated, or they may decide that if they have gone this far, they might as well go all the way!
In these cases, please always remember that we are honest and flexible and it’s never an uncomfortable question to ask us... We want you to be happy and we’ll make something work that’s fair for both of us.

What is your availability?
We love what we do. We work 7 days per week and most holidays (as long as the stores are open). We also work in the evenings.
What happens with Interior Designer Discounts?
We get preferred rates with almost all suppliers and we pass these savings to you. We’ll contact the supplier and arrange the discount for you. Some of these discounts, in our experience, have been so substantial that they have more than paid for the design services that we have provided.
