What if I’m not happy with the options selected as a part of the decorating service?
OUR GUARANTEE
Because our process is designed to give us the best understanding of your style up-front, we’re confident you will find the look you desire among the options we select together. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with an item, we will “go back to the drawing board” for that particular item. After that, we offer additional services at a reduced rate of $60/hour.
CONSTRUCTION
If my project requires any construction or subcontractor services, how is this handled?
We have worked with the same superior contractors and tradesmen for many years, on projects including painting, electrical, minor construction/remodel (like a fireplace), window treatments, floor refinishing, carpet installation, custom furniture, cabinetry and more. Take advantage of our trusted relationships with high-quality service providers; often you will enjoy exclusive discounts based on our relationship. Should you require, we can refer and coordinate any of these services. We’ll facilitate the whole quote process as well and act as your central point of contact.
“Just Decorating Packages”
What happens if I go over-time on my package or if I don’t use all the time?
Great question. We are very conscious about making sure we are providing the most value possible in these packages, but there’s no way we’ll get it right-on every time. We’re really good at what we do and sometimes we are so good that our clients will not need to use all the time allocated, or they may decide that if they have gone this far, they might as well go all the way!
In these cases, please always remember that we are honest and flexible and it’s never an uncomfortable question to ask us... We want you to be happy and we’ll make something work that’s fair for both of us.

What is your availability?
We love what we do. We work 7 days per week and most holidays (as long as the stores are open). We also work in the evenings.
What happens with Interior Designer Discounts?
We get preferred rates with almost all suppliers and we pass these savings to you. We’ll contact the supplier and arrange the discount for you. Some of these discounts, in our experience, have been so substantial that they have more than paid for the design services that we have provided.
