At LB Design, we believe in complete transparency and this part of our process and service offering is incredibly important.
We have multiple skilled trades as well as private construction contractors that we have used time and time again. We trust our people and we work in a collaborative way to overcome challenges and ensure you see the best results. We are anti-drama all the way.
We have verified our peoples work and would be happy for you to see any of the properties we have worked on in the past with your own eyes. Ask our clients what they thought about our service and the trades people we brought on to deliver their project.
Feel free to interview any of our trades/contractors. You will receive multiple quotes for your job and you have the choice of who works on your job and what type of working relationship you want. Have your own contractor? No Problem. We get along with everyone!
We do not receive “kick-backs” from our contractors & trades because we want you to know that we’re ethical and that you’re getting the best price, a fair quote and the best service possible.
No tricks & no “preferred” trades; just dedicated and reliable people who share our values and consistently deliver an incredible product on time and on budget.
